CHAPMANVILLE - Ida Pearl Barker, 84, of Chapmanville died Dec. 31, 1998, in Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison.

She was a homemaker, a graduate of Scott High School and a Protestant.

Surviving: daughters, Janet E. Hager of Hewett, Virginia Louise Hager of Georgia, Rossa Mae Ellis of Woodbridge, Va.; son, Robert Hal Barker of Wheeling; sisters, Erna F. Queen of Maryland, Ruby Ellis of Lake, Mary Perdue of Chapmanville; brothers, Ervin Berthold Stollings and Willie Raymond Stollings, both of Chapmanville, Dennis D. Stollings of Harts; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Service will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Evans Funeral Home, Chapmanville, with the Rev. Raamie Barker and Paul Hill officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
