Michael "Big 4 Waze" Ramirez died unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident on June 15th, 2022, at the age of 46.

Mike is survived by his parents; his children, Michael Ramirez II and Kaenna Cushman both of Oregon; and his siblings Frank Ramirez IV and Christina Harrison both of Chico, Ca. Beth Mclain, Christopher Davidson, Paul Davidson, Andrew Davidson, Karen Davidson all of Oregon. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Frank and Harriet Ramirez of Chico, Ca. Michael was born in Oakland, Ca. on April 16th, 1976, to Frank Ramirez III and Ruth Carter.

Michael was a member of the Mechoopda Indian Tribe and devoted to teaching our young children the right way.

He had such a passion for his people, culture, and music, he was a big advocate for mental health and became a certified mental health peer mentor to help guide children and adults. He loved to express himself through music and poured his heart and soul into writing, producing, and performing his songs. Mike became an award winning Native American hip hop artist and touched many lives through his music.

He also had "a dream of getting Red Soldier Society actually on "two wheels" and accomplished that and became the founding father of "RSS on two wheels"

Mike moved around from California to Nevada to Oregon, he stayed in Oregon for 30 years and that's where he had his children Michael John Steven Ramirez II, Keanna Cushman, Eternity, Arianna, and Tyree.

Michael was a very shy and quiet little boy with a good heart and a contagious smile that would light up the room. He was Mama's favorite child and LOVED by everyone. He looked up to his big brother Frank for guidance and strength. Frank would take Michael and Christina fishing along little Chico creek and teach them how to look for worms and fish.

Mike and Christina were very close growing up. She took care of him like her own, comforting and protecting him.

Mike loved BBQ gatherings, being around family and spreading positivity to everyone. He was the one to call and check on you just to say hi and he was thinking of you and to show you love.

Mike would start every morning with his words of wisdom and a prayer on Facebook live for everyone to join and watch.

When Mike loved you, he loved you, that's it, even on your bad days he would be there to talk and encourage you and let you know you were worthy and that you are cared for AND LOVED.
