Kelly Anne Larson, age 57, of Elko, died Thursday, June 16, 2022, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
Kelly was born December 3, 1964, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Kelly was united in marriage to Barry Larson on July 11, 1987, in Highland Park. Kelly was an at-home mom and over the years raised five children, Barry Jr, Brandon, Brittania, Brooklyn, and Bryanna.
Kelly was an awesome and treasured wife, mother, and "umma" to her grandchildren. She was selfless, giving, and a strong woman. She was known to be a great cook, and her baked goods she made were the best around. She loved everyone bigger.
She is survived by her husband Barry Sr of Elko/New Market; her children Barry Jr. (Serina) Larson of Burnsville, Brandon Larson of Shakopee, Brittania (Dan) Fredin of Montgomery, Brooklyn Larson (Brian Madsen) of Lakeville, Bryanna (Tyler) Lingenfelter of Lakeville; three grandchildren Rae Barry, Gentry Daniel, Paisley Raine and one expected. Kelly is also survived by her brother Danny (Rosemarie) Sparkman of Eden Prairie; a sister Shannon (Steve) Kruse of Buffalo; her sister-in-law JoAnn Sparkman of St Paul Park; and her niece Cathy (Jon) Sheplee of St Paul Park. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother.
Funeral services will be held at Bierman Funeral Home, 1316 Division St S, Northfield on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, beginning at 11:00 AM. The visitation will be on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bierman Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Northfield. Arrangements by Bierman Funeral Home and Crematory.
