Mrs. Douglas was born on November 8, 1954, in Urbana, Illinois. She was the daughter of Paul B. and Elizabeth Louise Millage Riddell.
She is survived by her husband James Manning, a granddaughter, Alyssa Douglas, three brothers, David (Judy) Riddell, Randy (Anna) Riddell and Rick Riddell, two sisters, Nancy (Norman) Perry and Becky (Chuck) Farrel and her father, Paul Riddell.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one son, Joseph Paul Douglas.
