David E. Fuller, 75, passed away Sunday evening, June 12, at his home in Binghamton, NY. He was born January 27, 1947 in Cannonsville, NY. David was predeceased by his parents, Ray & Gladys (Kingsbury) Fuller and brothers, Ray and Hugh Fuller. He is survived by his loving companion, Nenita Mendoza Wells and siblings Dionne (Fred) Parker, Curtiss Fuller, Dr. Marie Walker, Ralph (Carol) Fuller, Merwin (Kristin) Fuller, Marlene (Tom) Svoboda, step-daughters Rebecca Bishop and Constance Hoyt, and also many nieces and nephews. He served in the US Army Special Forces (Green Berets) from July 1966 to July 1969 and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Parachute Badge, and Good Conduct Medal. Later, he worked as an electronics test technician for Universal Instruments, Dovatron, Flextronics, then BAE Systems until retirement. David enjoyed listening to and playing country music and played in a local band for several years. He played acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar and drums.
