Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy S Conn. She had four sisters and three brothers. She attended Murphy High School in East Atlanta where she met her husband, William Edward Parker. They married shortly after graduation and moved to Iron City in 1966 with their four children. She worked as a caregiver for many local children, an Avon saleswoman, Iron City Baptist Church secretary for many years, and Town Clerk for 30 years. She was a member of Iron City Baptist Church and the Iron City Ladies Club. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Roy E Conn; and grandson, J W Parker. Surviving are her sons, Wyatt (Tina), Dr. Jim, and Wendell (India); daughter, Lisa Gray (Charlie); grandchildren, Margo Donaldson (Steve), Cameron Gray (Haley), Chris Gray (Kayla), Amber, Mary, Jesse and Mike Parker; six great grandchildren; sisters, Louise Crowe, Martha Conn, Jane Conn, Jean Keesee, and Sisi Conn; and brothers, Earl Conn (Bobbie), and Clifford Conn (Judy).
