TEKONSHA--Mrs. Norma (Allen) Conant, 45, of Kalamazoo and formerly of Tekonsha, died Wednesday in Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo.
She was born in Tekonsha. She was a graduate of the University of Michigan Dental Hygiene School and a member of the Michigan and National Dental Hygienist's associations and the Kalamazoo Nature Center.
Surviving are her husband, David Conant; a son, Paul Ellen Conant, and a daughter, Sara Ellen Conant, both at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ilo Allen of Tekonsha and a sister, Mrs. Eric (Joyce) Furu of Tekonsha.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the West Clarendon Cemetery, Homer. Arrangements are by Truesdale Chapel of the Pines, Portage.

KALAMAZOO--Norma B. Conant, 45, of 1209 Royce Ave., died Wednesday in Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo, after a long illness.
She was born Aug. 1, 1931, in Tekonska[sic}, Mich.
She married David Conant Oct. 17, 1959, in St. Clair.
Mrs. Conant was a graduate of Marshall High School and a 1951 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dental Hygiene. She was a dental hygienist in Kalamazoo and a member of the National Dental Hygienist Association and Michigan Dental Hygienist Association.
She is survived by her husband, a son, Paul A. Conant, and a daughter, Sarah E. Conant, all of Kalamazoo; a sister, Mrs. Eric Furu, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ilo Allen, all of Tekonska[sic].
Remains are in the Truesdale Chapels of the Pines, Portage, where services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in West Clarendon Cemetery, near Homer.
Memorials may be made to the Norma B. Conant Memorial Scholarship Fund at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
