Brenda Sue Johnson, 73, of Bluefield, WV passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 at her home surrounded by family. Born July 2, 1948 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of the late Elsvan and Albenia Mae Crigger Johnson, Sr. Brenda was a member of the Fairview Christian Church, a homemaker and a resident of Bluefield since 1991. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard and Charles Johnson; sisters, Gertrude Mae Farmer, Betty Murphy, Shelby Weimerskich, twin sister, Linda Johnson, Ruth Belcher, and Sheila Johnson.

Those left to cherish Brenda's memory are her brother, Elsvan Johnson, Jr. and wife, Twila of Princeton, WV; sisters, Cecil Sheaves of Grottoes, VA, Barbara Woods of Bluefield, WV, Ethel Davis and husband, Dale of Nemours, WV, and Rebecca Carol Johnson of Bluefield, WV; she will be loved and missed by many nieces, nephews, and many caregivers.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Dyer and Rev. Blake Bivens officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens.
