Farmed 250 acres in what later became Arendtsville, Pennsylvania, and subsequently farmed in what is now Rouzerville, Pennsylvania. Operated an illegal drinking establishment on the Great Wagon Road, which ran near his farm.
Christopher's Rouzerville farm is currently owned by Robert Mong, and contains the old Zentmyer family cemetery as well as Christopher's brick federal-style home.
