Michael Allen Moore, 73, of Bloomsburg went to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Michael was born Nov. 27, 1948, a son of the late David and Phyllis (Dawson) Moore.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Kyttle; and three brothers: Daniel, Timothy and John Moore.

He was a graduate of Warrior Run High School and then served in the Marine Corps in the Vietnam War from 1968 until honorably discharged in 1972. He served in Okinawa and Norfolk, Va., where he was a corporal. He was a member of the American Legion Post 945 and past post commander of Millville American Legion 564. Mike enjoyed doing puzzle books, watching "Wheel of Fortune," "Jeopardy!," soap operas and spending time with family.
Services will be Monday, June 20, 2022, at noon at the Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville, with the Rev. Jack Kyttle officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
