Kathleen May (DeLano) Davis passed away on June 17, 2022. She was born in Bristow, Oklahoma on May 21, 1926, to Merritt V. DeLano and Rhodena (Smith) DeLano. She graduated from Classen High School in Oklahoma City and from the University of Oklahoma, Norman. She received a B.A. degree in Spanish with a minor in English and received her Life Secondary Teaching Certificates in those two subjects. She married Charles E. Davis on December 26, 1949, and they established a home in Oklahoma City. She was a life-long active member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Davis, her brother M. Vance DeLano, Jr., her sister, Betty Lee DeLano, who passed away at age one, and her parents. She is survived by her two children, one son-in-law, two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, her sister-in-law and two cousins.
