Dorothy Ann Jones, 77, of Falls Church, Virginia and formerly of Tiffin, passed away at 11:10 a.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Mercy Health, Tiffin Hospital.

Dorothy was born in Fort Wayne, IN on November 6, 1944 to the late William "Casey" and Eulalie V. (Bolman) Jones.

Survivors include a sister, Nola M. Logan and a brother Kenny A. Jones both of Tiffin, many nieces and nephews. Though she had no children of her own, she opened her heart to a few she treated as her own, Jennifer K. Logan, Katelin E. Logan and Lorin N. Ross.

Preceding her in death were her parents, a brother, Wesley A. Jones, sister, Lynn L. Jones and a great-nephew, Devin M. Logan.

Dorothy enjoyed gardening, half-cut sweet teas and spending time at Oak Openings Metro Park.

There will be a memorial service held for Dorothy at a later date. There will be a private burial held at Greenlawn cemetery. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
