Myra Callie Goodwin, age 101, of McMinnville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Westmoreland Care and Rehab Center in Westmoreland, Tennessee.

Myra was born Tuesday, July 6, 1920 in Coffee County, she was the daughter of the late Essie Leigh Lassiter and John Franklin Powell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Willie Herman Goodwin, Four Sisters,
One Brother, Two Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild.

Mrs. Goodwin is survived by Five Sons, Willie Frank and Joan Goodwin of Conroe, TX, Leroy and Vonda Goodwin of Scottsville, KY, Claude Dean Goodwin of Auburn Hills, MI, James Gary and Pam Goodwin of Bowling Green, KY, and Author Glynn Goodwin of McMinnville, TN; Two Daughters, Myrna Darlene Gillespie of Katy, TX and
Deborah Ann Stepp of Hendersonville, TN; Ten Grandchildren, Renee, Samantha, Brian, Rebecca, Aaron, Travis, Melody, Kyle, Cal and Taylor; Eleven Great-Grandchildren and Three Great-Great-Grandchildren.

She was a seamstress and a member of the Church of God.

A Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at The Gardens of Memory Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, McMinnville, TN.
