VIRGINIA BEACH - Glenda Diane Dunbar of 225 Waverly Drive, a native of Norfolk, died Sunday in a hospital.
Ms. Dunbar was a member of New Jerusalem COGIC and its Choir and Female Usher Board.
Survivors include her father, Julious Dunbar; four daughters, Kimberly L Dunbar, Alison D. Dunbar, Celena J. Dunbar and Sonita L. Dunbar, all of Virginia Beach; a son, Eric W. Dunbar of Virginia Beach; seven sisters, Gloria Poole, Lena G. Dunbar, Jacqueline Dunbar, Ella Dunbar, Aleta Williams, Robin Dunbar and Nina Ray, all of Virginia Beach; eight brothers, James Dunbar of Norfolk, David L. Dunbar, Julious K. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in New Jerusalem COGIC by the Rev. Barnett Thoroughgood. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. today in Riddick Funeral Home.
