After years of suffering through multiple health issues, Betty J. Adams died peacefully in her sleep at her home in Springville on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at the age of 79. She is no longer in pain and is now dancing in heaven with that smile that could melt anyone's heart.

Betty was born and raised in Leeds, Alabama.

She was the youngest of 12 children. She is preceded in death by her 2 sisters and 9 brothers. Married to the love of her life, Paul E. Adams for 34 years before he was suddenly called to his heavenly home in 2013.

She loved working outside tending to her roses as she enjoyed God's beautiful scenery and precious creatures. She enjoyed feeding the deer in her backyard along with the squirrels and hummingbirds. She made sure they ate before she did. She had a passion for cooking and made the very best homemade fried apple pies. She was a good Christian woman that will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, one grandson who she loved and was proud of beyond words. Also, by three great grandchildren, that gave her so much joy; her nephew, that she practically raised and loved as her own and who she truly adored, as well as numerous other nieces and nephews that all mean the world to her.
