Linda was an Edmunds High School class of 1964 graduate & married to class of 1962 graduate, Tommy Johnston. Linda died 13 June 2022 and is being cremated & ashes with family. Her mother died at age 85 on 15 Oct. 2011 & a Find a Grave has not been located.

Linda Geddings Johnston, 75, wife of Thomas A. "Tommy" Johnston Jr., passed away Monday, June 13, 2022, at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born Oct. 17, 1946, in Sumter, she was the daughter of the late Thomas L. Geddings and Ruth Windham Geddings. She was a member of Wedgefield Baptist Church and was formerly employed as a nurse at Bosch. She loved her family immensely, especially her grandchildren, and had a great affection for animals, the beach and the Lord. She was also known far and wide for her cooking abilities. Her favorite times were sitting on the porch in Pawleys Island listening to beach music.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years; two children, Tracy Johnston Schillinger (Marty) of Murrells Inlet and Thomas A. "Bubba" Johnston III (Kim) of Sumter; four grandchildren, Ashton, Jaimee, Thomas and Arden; and a brother, Donald W. Geddings (Sharon) of Texas.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Geddings.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Wedgefield Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Goff officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at Wedgefield Baptist Church and other times at the home.
