Randall "Randy" Kelly Hall more fondly known as Mayor, age 66 of Winchester, passed away on June 12, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Randy was born on September 23, 1955, in Winchester to the late Earl Ray Hall and Anna Ruth (Williams) Farris. He was a 1974 class graduate of Franklin County High School and worked for The Herald Chronicle as a commercial printer. In his spare time, you could find him riding his motorcycle, watching University of Tennessee football, Nascar, fishing, hunting or fixing a wonderful meal on his smoker. In addition to his parents, he is preceded daughter, Jessica Lynn Crownover; and sister, Ginger Housley. Randy is survived by his wife, Vicki Hall; daughters, Kellie Hall and Stacie (James) Curtis; grandchildren, Coleman Dale Smith, Karlee Elizabeth Posey, Elliott James Curtis, Savanna Rain Cornett, Chance Tyler Luye and great grandchild Blakely Cornett; brother, Jason Alan Farris; and sister, Jocelyn Bradford. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral service for Randy will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 3:00 pm from the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Mayes officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
