Audrey was the daughter of Ezekiel Price and Lucile Jackson Price. She was educated in the Dougherty County School System and was a graduate of Monroe High School in Albany, Georgia. She attended Albany State University in Albany, Georgia. She was employed with the Dougherty County Board of Education as a Teacher at Albany High School in Albany, Georgia for over 20 years and later at Merry Acres Middle School in Albany, Georgia for over 5 years until her retirement.
She joined the Mount Zion Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia at a young age. She later joined the US19 Church of Christ in Albany, Georgia. She was currently attending Eastside Church of Christ in Albany, Georgia under the leadership of Brother Jesse Jackson Sr.
She was preceded in death by 1 son, Erik Vincal Mitchell, 1 sister, Janice Richardson and 1 brother, Cedric Desmond Price.
Survivors:
2 Brothers: Jimmy Price(Brucie) and Brian Keith Price Sr(Jennifer).

Services were held Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 11AM in the Roselawn Garden of Memory Cemetery in Albany, Georgia.
