Daughter of Grady Swann and Myrtice O'Brien Swann. She was 1955 graduate of Vidalia High School and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Rogers; three brothers, John Swann, Fred Swann, and Hubert Swann; and sister, Anna Swann. Surviving are her three sons, Allen Rogers of Ross, ND, David Rogers of Dexter, MO, and Steven Kirkland of Brunswick, GA; two daughters, Karen Blocker of Darien, GA, and Kathy Kirkland of Augusta, GA; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
