Joshua James William Hicks passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.
Joshua (Josh) James William Hicks was born September 12, 1975 in Denver, Colorado to James and Lorraine Hicks. Josh spent his early years in Aurora, Colorado with his mother up until the time of her passing. After, with his father James and wife Sharon in Oregon and then with his Aunt Shirley, Uncle Wes and cousins Chanda and Jordana in Colorado.
In 1994, Josh graduated from Clearfield Job Corp Center in Utah with his High School Diploma along with his Trade at which time he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Josh also lived in Arizona with this grandmother Mary and with his brother Isaiah in Colorado and most recently in Arizona. Josh worked in different fields of Construction throughout his life.
Josh enjoyed drawing, being in nature and fellowship of family and friends and always showing kindness to everyone. His passion was his faith in the Lord.
He is survived by his Sons, Michael, Jerrick; Brothers, Isaiah, Robbin; Aunts & Uncles, Shirley (Wes), Chuck (Rejean); Cousins, Chanda (Luke), Jordana, Mary, Justin; Nieces, Jasmine, Makaela; The Wetmore Family and many other close relatives and Friends.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Lorraine and James; Grandparents, Mary and Jack; Niece, Carrie; and Aunts and Uncles.
Psalms 91:14-15:
14 Because he has set his love upon me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.
