She was born on June 19, 1957, to Gordon Landry and Billie (Windsor) Long, in Chicago Illinois. Billie later married Robert W. Long who helped raise Victoria.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are three children, two sons and their wives and one daughter and her husband; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and four siblings, two sisters and two brothers.
A homemaker, Victoria had a kind loving heart towards her family, friends and animals. Her greatest joys were spending time with her family and friends. She was a profound Christian who held tight to her faith.
She was of Christian Faith.
A gathering celebrating Victoria's life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
