Dot and Billy Turner of Sardis became parents Dec. 15 to Brittany Elizabeth, who did not live. A memorial service conducted by the Rev. Norris Corley for family members grieving with compassion was held at the graveside of the infant in the Mission Church cemetery. Grandparents of the infant are Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Robinson of Elliott.
