Mr. Travis Wood, 35, of Henderson, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2022. He was born July 3, 1986 in Longview, and graduated from West Rusk High School, having played varsity football. He was a die-hard Cowboys fan, and also loved music. He had worked as a laborer in the oil field.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2017, Dale Wood; and his grandparents, Morris and Thelma Wood, and Gloria and Jack Bundrick.
Survivors include: his mother Beverly Wood of Henderson; sisters, Lacy Wolf and husband Eli of Henderson, and Paige Wood-McIntosh and husband Ian of Ft. Worth; nephew Miles McIntosh of Ft. Worth; aunts, Melissa Owen of Henderson, and Laurabeth Clinton of Houston; and cousin Falen Poe of Henderson.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
