Graveside services will be held for Mr. Antonio Sosa Gomez at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at the First Baptist Church of Melville Cemetery located at 600 Dodge St, Melville, LA 71353.
Mr. Gomez was born in Juarez, Mexico and was a resident of Melville, LA. He was a butcher at Cannatella's Grocery store for many years. He will be missed by his family and the many acquaintances that he made over the years.
He is survived by his son Tony Soza and wife, Lauren; Kathleen Neal who was like a daughter to Mr. Gomez; two brothers and two sisters; 6 grandchildren, Tony Lee Soza, Daniel Soza, Rosaria Soza, Jaxon Booudreaux, Tyler Fontenot and Zachary Fontenot and his dear friend Antonio Garcia and his family.
He is preceded in death by his patents, Juan Gomez Sosa and Guadalupe Garcia and two siblings.
