Mary Evelyn Abernathy age 73 of Cedar Bluff passed away Thursday June 9th at her residence.
Funeral service will be 2 PM Saturday June 11th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Odom and Rev. Bryan Williams officiating burial will follow in Cedar Bluff Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Jo Abernathy; granddaughter, Anda Lynn Drake and chosen parents, JW and Rose Watkins.
Mrs. Abernathy was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late Robert and Ella Mae Watkins and was of the Holiness Faith.
