OBITUARY FOR DOROTHY LOUISE GREEN WALKER

Dorothy Louise Walker, 95 of Martinsburg, went home to be with the Lord Friday, June 3, 2022 at Berkeley Medical Center.

Born March 20, 1927, Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles "Bill" Green and Beulah Jackson Green.

She graduated from Sumner Ramer School. She loved attending church, spending special times with her family and friends and Bingo.

She was retired from the Martinsburg VA Medical Center with 36 years of Service.

She was member of Prosperity Baptist Church in Summit Point, WV.

She is survived by two daughters, Phyllis Burrell of Martinsburg and Brenda Dozier of Shepherdstown and three sons, Charles , Anthony (Detria) and Marvin Walker of Martinsburg and a special niece Jean Burrell of Martinsburg. Thirteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, four great, great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Charles, Clifton, James and Rudolph and one great grandson, Malcolm Naylor Green, one Sister Edith Schley. and one foster brother, William Pendleton.

Home going Services will be held Friday, June 10 at 11:00am with family receiving friends 10:00am preceding the service at the Brown Funeral Home, 327 West King Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401 with Pastor Robert Jackson of Martinsburg officiating.

Interment will held at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Martinsburg.
