Jerry Franklin Kidd, 63, of 1257 Golden Gate Park, and husband of Stanley Combs Kidd, died Sun., Mar. 28, 2004. Born in Lee County, KY, he was a son of the late Charlie Brack and Nette Jane Couch Kidd. A hardwood floor finisher, he was also a member of Revival Tabernacle.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Johnny (Debbie) Kidd, Jerry (Holly) Kidd and Harvey (Evonne) Kidd, all of Lexington; two brothers, Benny Kidd, Winchester and Charles Kidd, Lexington; five sisters, Pearl Sloan, Nicholasville, Mae Sims, Lancaster, Sue Bowman, Nicholsville, Gladys Stoller, Ohio, and Peggy Roland, Corbin; four grandchildren, Penny, David, Jason, and Michelle Kidd; one great grandchild, Kaitlyn Nicole Kidd.
Services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at W. R. Milward Mortuary-Southland, conducted by Bro. l Byron Jessup. Burial will follow in the Christian Gap Cemetery, Lee County, KY. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Wed.
