Joseph,of LaWard, Texas passed away at DeTar Hospital Navarro in Victoria.
He was a heavy equipment operator and had lived in LaWard for twenty years, and was formerly of the Winnie area.
Survivors include his wife, Billie Clement; sons, Glynn Clement and his wife, Polly, David Clement and his wife, Marian; daughters, Kathy Bertrand, Belinda Rigsby and her husband Norman; step-children, Larry Wiggins and his wife Pat, Paula Votaw and her husband Bo, Mike Wiggins and his wife Becky, Rosharon Shanell, Roxanne Haygood and her husband Shane, Darlene Tristan and her husband Donnie; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Cleve Clement and his wife Ola, Gabriel Clement and his wife Wanda; sisters, Beulah Thibodeaux, Helen Bishoff and her husband, Vernon, and Louvenia Racca.
