Joseph Edward Kelly, 92, passed from this life on June 2, 2022 in Baytown, Texas. Although he was a long-time resident of Texas, Joseph was born in Philidelphia, Pennsylvania on December 9, 1929 to parents Joseph and Anna (LaBree) Kelly. His employment brought him to Texas where he then forever called home. Joseph enjoyed 47 years with the love of his life, Doris Daniel, until she passed last year. He was known as "The Bucket Man" for the talented wood working that he did in creating wood stands, planters, bird baths, among other things. Joseph took pride in every piece that he made; he truly had a love for carpentry and he enjoyed seeing that others appreciated his talent as well. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Doris Daniel; and daughter, Lois Michalek. Joseph is lovingly survived by his children, Jackie Johnson and husband Larry, Joseph Kelly and wife Debbie; step-son, Dewain Daniel and wife Lynn; grandchildren, Kelly Dweck, Kyle Johnson, Nathan Lewis, J.T. Michalek, Kerri Daniel; great-grandchildren, Brielle, Brinley, Maddix, Luke, Jake, Quinton, Logan, LaRue; as well as numerous extended family members and friends. In following with Joseph's wishes, he will be cremated and later inurnment will take place in New Jersey.
