Margaret "Peggy" Parker, 89, of Baxter, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Northern Lakes Senior Living. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 6, 2022, at St. Francis Catholic Church in Brainerd, MN. Visitation will take place one hour prior to services, and interment will be at the Greenwood Cemetery in Nisswa, MN.

Peggy was born on September 1, 1932, to Louis (George) and Roy Irons in Minneapolis, MN. She was married to Leo Murphy, and together they ran multiple restaurants until he passed away in 1991. On July 19, 1998, Peggy was then married to Llyod Parker. Together they lived in Faribault, MN and they enjoyed traveling. Peggy will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children Cathy (Cy) Goldberg, Pat (Gary) Johnsen, Michael Murphy, and Theresa (Tom) Ryan.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister Marian (Bob) Hansen. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leo Murphy; husband Lloyd Parker; and two sisters.

Memorials are preferred to St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School.
