J. Clark Fisher age 81, of Mantua Twp. passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Born in Woodbury to the late Joseph James Fisher and Martha Adele (nee Clark), he graduated from Woodbury High School Class of 1958. Clark enlisted in the Army National Guard during the Vietnam War. He was a retired supervisor and worked in construction for several decades. Clark was a member of Mantua VFW Post 7679 & Gibbstown VFW Post 5579.

Husband of the late Sharon L. (nee Wells), he is survived by his daughters, Heather Gallagher & her husband Charlie of Mantua Twp., Sharon Markowski & her husband Rick of Petal, MS, and Sandy Maahs & her husband Rich of National Park; five grandchildren, Michael, Randy, Jared, Richie, & Haley; two great grandchildren, Caleb & Sebastian; his sister, Jane Cohn; his in-laws, extended family, and many nieces, nephews, & friends. Clark was also predeceased by his grandson, Ricky.

Family and Friends may visit from 6 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, June 7th, and 10 am to 11 am on Wednesday, June 8th at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a funeral service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Hurffville, NJ. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com.
