Charles Edward Sanders, 78, Springfield, MO, passed away May 31, 2022, in his home, after a short illness. Charles was born on June 26, 1944, in Akron, Ohio, to Raymond and Lucille (Jones) Sanders. He was a 30 year owner-operator of an Antique Shop, where he loved to collect rocks, watches, coins, and scale model cars, Charles was a member of Central Assembly of God Church. When he grew up, his parents were missionaries to Africa, that is when he obtained his love for traveling. He was known for his Baratone signing voice, and he was even a member of the Singing Spurrlows.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda, his parents, Raymond and Lucille Sanders, and his sister, CarolJoy Sanders. He is survived by his four sisters: Brenda Patterson, Ronda Redden, Jane Spracklen and Patricia Preast, and his brother: Randy Patterson and his wife Leslie.
