Andrew's Obituary:

On May 25th, 2022 Andrew Waltman, age 24 of Georgetown, Texas passed away in the comfort of his family home. Andrew was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rosemary Waltman, and his brother, Jeffrey Waltman. Andrew was born in Austin, Texas on May 22nd, 1998 to Mylissa Ann Waltman and Jason Faulkner.

Andrew was an avid hobbyist and researcher. He carried interest in many subjects and disciplines such as history, philosophy, weaponry & warfare, cinema, literature, videogames, linguistics, and world cultures, to name a few. Andrew was passionate about many things in life, and, if he was passionate about something, he could tell you every single thing there is to know about it in vivid detail. A couple of Andrew's favorite subjects were Roman history and the study of languages, of which he taught himself German and Russian. If there was one thing Andrew loved as much as learning something new it was teaching anyone willing to listen to something that he had just learned. Andrew loved to share his interests with those around him and, in doing so, he left a lasting memory on everyone who he has now left behind.

Andrew is survived by his mother, Mylissa Waltman; sister, Emily Waltman; grandfather, Pat Waltman; father, Jason Faulkner; step-mother, Stephanie Faulkner; sister, Kali Faulkner, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Andrew will be missed by many, but would not want anyone to mourn him so long as to stop living their own life to the fullest. Andrew believed that in death we become free and that freedom is not something that should be feared or lamented. He has returned to rest.

A time of Visitation with Rosary will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel & Crematory. 393 N. Interstate Hwy 35, Georgetown, Texas 78628. The Rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 4th, 2022 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 8626 FM 1105, Jarrell, Texas 76537 with the burial to follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
