Enjoyed crosswords and watching TV cartoons
Theresa P. Harmon, 77, of Nescopeck passed away Monday, May 23, 2022, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. She was born July 7, 1944, in Berwick, daughter of the late Raymond A. and Martha Jane (Boone) Gordner.
She enjoyed playing games on her phone, doing crossword puzzles, reading the newspaper, and watching TV, especially cartoons. Most of all, she loved spending time with family.
Theresa is survived by four children: Theresa P. Probst of Berwick, Joseph E. Harmon and wife Beth of Berwick, Barbara Ann Terry and husband Robert of Nescopeck, Tracy E. Eager and husband Scott of Lenhartsville; 12 grandchildren: Robert, Byron, Brandon, Stephen, Shaun, Kayla, Kyle, Amanda, Olivia, Vanessa, Amy, Christopher; 28 great-grandchildren; as well as three brothers: Raymond Gordner and wife Ruth, Lewis Gordner and wife Pearl, Frances Gordner and wife Rose; and sister Bess Gordner.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Eugene R. Harmon Sr., who passed away in March 2004; as well as three brothers: Hiram, Jerry, Butch Gordner; sister Angeline Green; and two children: Eugene R. Harmon Jr. and Tammy Annette Harmon.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Bethany United Methodist Church, 116 Summerhill Ave., Berwick, at 2 p.m. Family and friends are welcome to celebrate the life of Theresa.
