Services for Mr. Claude Dempsey Sullivan, 88, of West Monroe will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, July 12, 2003, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe with Rev. Tom Gaumnitz and Rev. David Moreland officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Sullivan died on July 10, 2003, at his residence.
Mr. Sullivan was a member of McClendon Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and loved fishing and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Eunice Sullivan; numerous brothers and one sister.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Sullivan; daughter, Sue Williams and husband Clifton; granddaughter, Rhonda Earl; two grandsons, Ronnie Williams and wife Pam and Donnie Williams and wife Marlene; great grandson, Brandon Earl; great granddaughter, Brittany Earl; step-son, Doug Benson and wife Dana; two step-grandsons, Jason Benson and wife Crystal and Lee Benson; five step great grandsons; and one step great granddaughter; brother: Carra Sullivan and wife Lynda; sister: Mabel McKnight and husband Bill; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 9:00PM Friday at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
