Born in Troy, he was the son of the late C. Cecil Duncan and Gertrude Mittenzwey Duncan and husband for 67 years of Sharon Stuart Duncan.
He had resided in Brunswick all his life and attended Albany Academy for Boys, Cooperstown Academy and Lansingburgh High School.
Keith was president of Sycaway Creamery in Brunswick for over 65 years, a business started by his grandparents and now operated by his children.
He was a member of The Country Club of Troy and its Board of Governors, past president of the Taconic-Raymertown Kiwanis Club, The Troy Club, a charter member of the Brunswick Lodge of Elks and a communicant of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Troy and a member of its Vestry.
Keith enjoyed many years of golfing and he and Sharon wintered in Jupiter, Fla. for 20 years.
He served in the Marine Corps from 1951 - 1959.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include five children, Judy (Richard) Duncan-Allen of Richmond Hill, N.Y., Mark (Clara) Duncan of Brunswick, Janis (Jason) Greene of Rexford, Michael (Sheila) Duncan of Brunswick and Tom (Mary) Duncan of Brunswick; a brother, C. Kent Duncan of North Greenbush; his 16 grandchildren, Samuel and Kaitlyn Allen, Casey, Kalli, Garrett, Luke, Hannah, Madeline, Taylor, Ian, Graham and Logan Duncan, Michaila Stevens, Jason Greene, Mason and Sara Duncan; and a great-granddaughter, Adaline Duncan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Jennifer D. Duncan; and a sister, Diane D. Rounds of Brunswick.
Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
