Robert Brown Jordan, age 93, passed away at home with his loving family by his side on December 26, 2021. Robert was born on December 30, 1927, son of Russell and Lucille Jordan of Detroit, MI. Robert married his love Irene (Namiotka) May 16, 1953 at St. Florian Catholic Church in Hamtramck, Mi. An amazing marriage that lasted 68yrs! Roberts second love was acting, where he directed and performed in dinner theater at the Macomb Center for the Arts and many other Metro Detroit theater venues from 1950-1985. He was known for a kind heart, his love of baseball, traveling the world with his bride and his love of dogs, especially his"Poppy". Robert is survived by his wife Irene, and his niece Rebecca (Ed) Godin of Tecumseh, nephew Edmund (Debora) Kordas of Chesterfield, and multiple other nieces and nephews including greats.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022 at St. Clement of Rome in Romeo from11-12. Mass will immediately follow, starting at noon. Burial will take place at the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Detroit, following the mass. Local arrangements by the Henry M. Malburg Funeral in Romeo, Mi.
