Shirley was very athletic in her younger years; she was involved in many sports even coaching a softball team. She enjoyed woodworking and enjoyed making gifts for her family. Shirley and Robert enjoyed traveling in their airstream, they traveled many places including Europe. Shirley was very passionate about her career in Nursing as an RN.
