A lifelong Fredonia resident, Patricia had been employed by the Fredonia Seed Company and also worked in food service at SUNY Fredonia.
Patty enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She especially looked forward to her lunch dates with them. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and her great grandchildren put a sparkle in her eye. Patty's furry grandchildren, Sophie and Tucker, brought her a great deal of joy and comfort.
She will be remembered by many as an avid "gamer," playing her Nintendo in her free time. Patricia was the center of her family. Anyone who knew Patty loved her and felt welcomed in her home. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda (Raymond) Gunther of Dunkirk, Beth (George) Pierce of Mebane, NC and Michele (James) Dolce of Brocton; one son, Anthony (Dina) Logan of Fredonia; one brother, Judge David (Susan Marsh) Prince of Fredonia; eight grandchildren, Nicholas, George Aaron, and Adam Pierce, Matthew Gunther, Connor and Peter Dolce, and Jennifer and Carly Logan; seven great-grandchildren, Ava, Logan, Brianna, Paige and Morgan Pierce, and Mason and Isaac Gunther; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Logan, who died January 14, 1983.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 19 at 11:00 Am in the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. The Rev. Gordon Spiller will officiate. Calling hours will be held Friday, January 18 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the "Ride for Roswell, for Pete's sake."
