Age 76. At Rest Thursday, June 15, 200-6 at Rush-Copley Medical Center, Aurora.
Born in Ritchie, IL. July 29, 1929 to the late Olaf and Mary Dahl. Graduate of Lemont High School, class of 1947. He was a resident of Plainfield Township for the past 32 years. A U.S. Air Force Veteran. Retired from Joliet Junior College as an Accountant following 16 years of service.
Survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Rita (Nee Martin) Dahl of Plainfield. Five children, Thomas (Paula) Dahl of MD, David Dahl of Salem, OR, Therese (John) Zuck of Benton, IL, Elaine (Michael) Howley of Columbus, OH and Alice (Zorick) Bunchuk of Mt. Prospect, IL. Two grandchildren, Justin and Christopher Zuck. One sister Mary Reilly of Joliet. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services for Joseph F. Dahl will be Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, Plainfield for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Monday 4-8 p.m. at:
