Deacon Arthur Lee Bryant, Jr. Aka "Peanut" Life Speaks for Him

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have keep the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

His Life: Arthur Lee Bryant, Jr., was born on May 18, 1978 in Belle Glade, Florida to the union of Rosa Marshall (Bryant) Sledge and Arthur Lee Bryant, Sr. Arthur was the twin to Artis. Arthur was a product of the South Bay Community. He attended Gove Elementary School. Later, he attended Pahokee High School. Then, he graduated in the Class of 1996 at Glades Central Community High School. Upon graduation, he attended classes and obtained a trade from ARC Arch of The Glades. Then, he was an employee there. Arthur was Baptist at an early age at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, in South Bay, Florida under the leadership of the late Rev. Roosevelt Cooper (Uncle). Under this leadership Arthur was ordained as a Deacon. Deacon Bryant was very active and lead many "Praise and Worship" openings in the church. He was a choir member. In 2017, "Peanut" health began to fail; he was hospitalized at Lakeside Medical Center, Palm West Hospital, Miami Cerebral Palsy Program, Baptist Hospital and Kendall Regional Medical Center. Monday, December 28, 2020 at 5:45 A.M., "Peanut" took his flight to unite with those who preceded him in death. Upon his demise, he was under the Pastoral Leadership of Rev. Lawrence Epps. Preceded in death: Twin brother, Artis Lee Bryant, De'Vonte Keion Bryant, Sister, Latonya Denice Winters-Polk; Grandparents: Lester and Willie Mae Marshall (Maternal), and Richard and Pauline Bryant and Semie James Alvin, Sr.; Great Grandmother: Mamie Bryant (Paternal); Aunts: Lessie Bell Patrick, Rosa Alvin Marshall; Uncles: Rev. Roosevelt Cooper, Willie Frank Marshall, Sr., William Alvin, Lewis Alvin, Eugene Alvin, Wayne Alvin; Great Uncle: Hayward Bryant, Sr. Godmother: Gloria Jean Davis.
