Memorial services will be at 3:00 pm, Sunday, January 2, 2022, at the Henrietta Cowboy Church with Mr. Scot Clayton, officiating.
Mike was born on April 30, 1949 in Lamar, Colorado to Rochell and Wanda (Price) Payne. He served his country in the US Air Force for eight years. Mike married Pam Maddox on August 18, 1969 in Henrietta, Texas. He worked as a Farmer and Rancher.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Paige Payne.
Survivors include his wife Pam Payne of Henrietta; daughter, Amy Payne of Henrietta; son, Guy Payne and wife Michelle of Crowley, Texas; grandson, Kagen Payne of Crowley; three sisters, Eudora McKee of Fort Worth, Texas, Linda Cliburn of Fort Worth, Texas and Pat Morris of Iowa Park, Texas.
