Henry Sr. is supposed to have died in Ross County in 1807; however, I have yet to locate records supporting this claim. He was dead by 1811 when his widow and several children signed an affidavit attesting to the validity of records in their family bible, for the benefit of Edward Tiffin (reason currently unknown). [published in Supporter. Saturday, Jun 15, 1811, Chillicothe, OH, Vol. III, Is. 141, Page 3]
"Died, in this town, on Saturday evening last, in the eighty-fifth year of her age, Mrs. Mary Tiffin, the mother of doctor Tiffin. This venerable lady had professed the Religion of our Blessed Saviour for more than half a century, and met death with a most cordial welcome."
