Mary Wallace, 82, of Beloit, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, May 26,2022 at Beloit Memorial Hospital. Mary was born on January 25, 1940, in Mound Pond, Arkansas, the daughter of Adam and Doris Releford. When she was a teenager the family moved to Beloit, where Mary graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 1959. Mary is survived by her husband; daughter; son; granddaughte; and a sister. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James Releford, and Aaron Releford; sister, Ruby Heard; and brother-in-law, Curley Golden. Visitation is 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2022, at Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home, 424 Prospect Street, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511. Family and friends will then process together to New Zion Baptist Church 1905 Mound Avenue, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511 for the celebration of life service. Committal at Floral Lawn Cemetery in South Beloit, Illinois will follow the services.
