Kevin Burton of Beloit, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 23, 2022 in his home. He was born on January 7, 1970, in Milwaukee, WI. When Kevin was 4 months old, his family moved to Arvada, CO, where he lived until the age of 10. Kevin and his mother moved back to Beloit, WI in 1980. He attended Cunningham and then Converse Elementary School. Kevin attended Beloit Memorial High School. During tenth grade, he transferred to Blackhawk Technical GED program where he graduated. Kevin had a good sense of humor and was an observant young man. He loved video games, drawing, bowling, eating mom's homemade dressing at Thanksgiving, chocolate eclairs and especially his dog, Kalianne. His employment during his short-lived life included being a security guard at Fairbanks Morse and Director of Security at the Janesville Mall. Kevin's life wasn't easy due to many serious illnesses, which usually left him observing from the sidelines. Survivors include his mother; half-brother; and numerous cousins. Kevin was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Elton and Audrey Richardson; and cousins. A Graveside Service for Kevin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10, 2022 in the East Lawn Cemetery with Gary Beeman officiating.
