Danny Parsons, 77, of Holland, Arkansas passed away Thursday, May 26, 2022. He was born Wednesday, May 9, 1945 to mother Elsie A. Parsons.
He is preceded in death by his mother; maternal grandparents B. F. Parsons and Era Parsons, and In-Laws Willie and Helene Naylor.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Marian; son William Parsons (Amy); sister-in-law Francis McCorkle (Ben); and nephews John and Charles Perrin and their families.
Danny graduated from Greenbrier High School, joined the United States Army, and later worked 23 years in welding and fabrication as a mig welder and cattle farmer. He was also a volunteer fireman with the Holland Fire Department for 17 years. He enjoyed hobbies such as hunting and reading. He loved nature and history. He was known to be reserved and loved those close to him, but would help anyone in their time of need.
His presence in life will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
A visitation for Danny will be held at the Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway from 6:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM, Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Crestlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
