William Kevin Black, 57, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother passed from this earth after a sudden and short battle with leukemia to his eternal home with Christ on May 25, 2022 in Cedar Park, TX.

He will be deeply missed.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Angela, son Jacob wife Katie, granddaughters Kennedy and Jordyn, son Nicholas wife Lindsey, daughter Kayla, parents Bill and Lillian, sisters Kimberly and Nicole, brother Tarl, numerous other siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.

Kevin was born on March 15, 1965 in Lexington, KY and spent his childhood years in Austin and Georgetown, TX where he played sports, participated in FFA and worked on several neighboring ranches and the local auction barn.

Shortly after graduation from Georgetown High School in 1984, Kevin opened a machine shop with his father that flourished into a successful enterprise which he still operated at the time of his passing.

Kevin was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Kevin cherished his family, spending his free time helping his children with their various projects. Kevin had an adventurous spirit and loved to travel with his family. Kevin deeply cared about people and from his early years spent much of his life helping family and friends, leading mission trips to Mexico and other areas, and being the person that always showed up during a crisis.

Kevin's family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2022 at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel and Crematory. His Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on June 3, 2022 at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Weir Cemetery.
