Gary John Jones, 76, of Travelers Rest, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2022, at his home.
Born in Fond du lac, WI, he was a son of the late William John and Gladys Marie Jensen Jones. Mr. Jones was a member of the US Air Force Reserves; he worked at Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet for 28 years and then retired from the Greenville County School System as a Bus Driver; He is a member of His Vineyard Church in Greer.
Surviving is his wife of 27 years, Jean Oliver Jones; three children, William Jones (Ruthie) of Virginia, James Huntley (Sonja) and Crystal Hughes (Tim) all of Rock Hill, SC; three sisters, Susan Jones of Virginia, Mary Swain and Barbara Jones both of Charleston, SC and five grandchildren.
