Thomas Patton Chambers, 89 of Orange City passed away on November 29, 2021. He was born on December 26, 1931 in Cleveland, OH to Thomas and Miriam Chambers. Thomas is survived by his wife Karin Fischer Chambers; children, Ellen (Charles) Chambers Doring, Ann Chambers, David (Marybeth) Chambers; grandson, Brett Thomas Chambers and sister, Marcia Mather. Tom was a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, an army veteran, and was an agent for Connecticut General Life Insurance Company/CIGNA and earned the designation of CLU. Tom and his family were among the first one hundred families in Columbia, Maryland. He was a past President of Ocean Walk Condominium in New Smyrna Beach, FL and was an avid golfer and swimmer.
