He was survived by his wife Joy; six children, Deanna Maddox White, Angela Maddox Hubbard, Jeramie Maddox, Kathy Mason, Carl Tooley and Pagel Beeler; 11 grandchildren and at last count five great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother, Richard Maddox and his sister, Darlene Maddox.
He was preceded death by his parents and two brothers.
He served his country in the Army for over 20 years and fought for his country in Vietnam. He was a member of the Hardin County Church of Christ. He was known to help others that were in need.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Hardin County Church of Christ with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial with military honors will be at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY.
